Shipping & Delivery
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase unless otherwise specified for certain products. Since our items are handmade or made-to-order, slight delays may occur. If this happens, we will notify you via email.
- Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: Free for all orders.
- International Shipping: Calculated at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, which vary by country and are beyond our control.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–5 business days within the U.S. International delivery times vary depending on destination.
Returns & Replacements
Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor irregularities may exist, adding to their uniqueness. However, if your order arrives damaged or has a size issue, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with details and photos.
- Domestic Returns: We will arrange a reverse pickup. Refunds or replacements will be processed to the original payment method, minus a $5 restocking fee.
- International Orders: Not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Sale Items & In-Store Purchases: Non-returnable.
Certain collections (e.g., Love Despite) are final sale and cannot be returned.
